1. Why are there threads hanging out of my T-shirt? (applies to Urban Wear only)
Those hanging threads are completely intentional. They are part of a popular fashion style known as Urban Stitched / Distressed Edges, where unhemmed edges and loose threads create a raw, edgy look. Please do not consider this a fault or defect — it’s a deliberate design feature.
2. Why does the shade of my T-shirt vary?
At Coolkapray, we offer a variety of tones within every color shade. This means you may not receive the exact same tone every time you order. While the named shade (e.g., black, navy) will be the same, the actual tone may vary slightly due to:
- Screen resolution and color display differences
Manufacturing variations within our approved range of -10% to +10% - For example, you might receive a lighter tone of black or a darker tone of navy compared to a previous order. This is completely normal.
3. Why isn’t the GSM the same as my last order? Or why is one shirt a different GSM from another?
Coolkapray does not sell to an exact GSM count. Instead, we guarantee that every T-shirt will meet or exceed a minimum threshold — for example, 250+ GSM.
This means one T-shirt could be 240 GSM and another 250 GSM, as long as it stays above our minimum quality standard. Slight variations are normal and do not affect durability or comfort.
